Unusual Project Specialist

Ivan is first of all an artist.  He brings a deep understanding of architecture through his knowledge of old world building traditions taught to him by Italian masters.  He has been involved in many high end restoration projects, including historic mansions in Short Hills NJ, restaurants within Grand Central Station and in 2002 he created an architectural scale model which was one of the top ten World Trade Center Contest designs.  

With more than thirty years experience in antique wood and masonry/stone restorations, Ivan is now combining the lessons of the soil taught to him by his grandfather who mentored his gift of a green thumb which he uses to produce landscape oases.  Dedicated to building outrageous artistic creations using flowers along with his talent for sculpting wood, rocks and metal into whatever design imagined.  You will never look at your lawn the same way.
